Nearly 1.3 million Oregon voters are restricted from voting in primary elections, which are publicly funded. The State of Oregon denies voting rights for 42 percent of registered, eligible voters who are independent and not affiliated with either of two major national political parties. Our democracy belongs to every voter regardless of political party affiliation.

All Oregon Votes is a political action committee and ballot measure campaign to protect elections and secure voting rights in the State of Oregon. Our mission is to enact the Oregon Voting Rights Amendment in the state constitution upon voter approval during the November 2024 election. This ballot measure upholds basic principles of democratic self-governance and repeals Oregon’s closed partisan primary system. All contributions are publicly reported to the Oregon Secretary of State.
