Join us Sundays at 9:00am or 10:45am. Come early and stay late to connect with friends over complimentary coffee, bagels, and munchkins
> Kidz Corner is available during the 10:45am service for kids age 0 to 5th grade. Stop by child check-in before the service begins.
> Room 101 is open for parents to bring little ones (infants to 2 yrs old) who become fussy or distracting during a service. The intercom will be on to continue to listen to the message. A diaper changing station is also available.
> Room 12 is available for nursing mothers.

NOTICE: There will be a brief business meeting following the 10:45am service on SUNDAY, OCT 9th regarding updates on the potential sale of a portion of Calvary Hill land. Members can vote but all are welcome.

FIRST SATURDAY PRAYER

THIS upcoming Saturday will be the first Saturday of the month, and as always, our doors will be open from 8:00am to 9:00am for us all to come and pray together. Pastor Brent will open up with a brief prayer emphasis, but after that, there is no schedule or structure, so come when you can for as long as you. Everyone is welcome, and remember, prayer changes things!

Greetings Calvary Hill Family,

Many of you know that for most churches across the nation, October is "Pastor Appreciation Month". As we have done in years past, we'd like to acknowledge our Calvary Hill pastors too for faithfully and effectively organizing worship, discipleship, volunteer, and outreach opportunities here at Calvary Hill. We feel it's important to give the church family the opportunity to express from your own heart your appreciation for all they do! In 1 Timothy 5:17, Paul began the concept of pastor appreciation when he stated that the elders of the church are worthy of double honor. He reiterated this idea in 1 Thessalonians 5: 12-13 when he stated that those who work hard among you should be held in the highest regard for their work.

We have designated SUNDAY, OCTOBER 23rd as Pastor Appreciation Sunday where we will take a moment out of the service to collectively pray for our pastors and to thank them for their dedication and sacrificial ministry to our church and community. We've also placed a Pastor Appreciation card box at the info desk where you may place notes of encouragement and gifts of gratitude. If it's more convenient, these items may also be given personally or mailed to each of the pastors' homes or even to the church:

AMP'd YOUTH: More than ever before, students are in need of community and Biblical perspective. AMP'd Youth meets in the youth center on our campus every Wednesday 7-8:30p for students from 6th to 12th grade. The typical flow of the night is: hang out, game/activity, worship, and devotional. Students have been enjoying this weekly opportunity to connect with each other and to grow in their faith. Interested in more info? Just reply to this email.
