TESTIMONIAL
"The mentoring sessions were certainly beneficial for me. I lacked confidence having been at sea and the mentoring sessions helped boost my confidence, especially considering that I was only a 3rd Engineer at the time and there were others with years of experience looking for similar roles ashore.

My mentor advised on the right approach in contacting and connecting with companies and institutions that I was interested in and gave me the sound guidance I needed e.g. with CV preparation and contacts. As a result of this I reached out to a colleague in my current company who helped me secure an interview. I would not have done this without the mentoring sessions I had with my mentor."
