Basic Forestry Shortcourse - North Willamette Valley
This five-session course is ideal for people who are new to taking care of woodland or forested property. We will provide a broad introduction to woodland types, forestry practices, and terminology.

Reforestation Assistance Workshops
Likely topics will include: assessing your situation, selecting species and types of seedlings, acquiring seedlings, site preparation for planting, protecting seedlings from damage, and maintenance throughout the establishment phase.

Oregon Season Tracker Training
Throughout the year, Oregon Season Tracker volunteers contribute valuable citizen science data to researchers while learning about local precipitation patterns and phenology. No experience is required to volunteer, the online training is free but you will need to purchase a rain gauge to participate.
