The dwindling pandemic has left us hungry for personal contact and we have plenty of members anxious to join us again.
 
Understandably, many memberships have lapsed during the past two years.
 
This letter is an appeal to check your membership status and renew your HLAA membership as soon as possible.  
 
You can find your membership expiration date on the label of Hearing Life magazine, by sending a request to membership@hearingloss.org, or by calling the membership office at 301-657-2248.
 
There are two ways to renew:

Annual membership options include Individual ($45), Couple/Family ($55), and Veterans (complimentary).
 
Only with a strong, paid membership can we work together to continue to closely follow HLAA's mission to open the world of communication to people with hearing loss through information, education, support, and advocacy.
 
Our meetings free and feature expert speakers who provide information on various topics related to hearing loss, assistive devices, and the latest technology. Meetings are held at the North Sarasota Library (2801 Newtown Blvd, Sarasota) on the 3^rd Wednesday of the month from 10:30am to 12:00pm.
 
Our meeting room has a hearing loop so you can clearly hear through your hearing aid or cochlear implant utilizing the telecoil setting. CART (real time captioning on a screen) is always provided to ensure you don't miss a word.
 
Our Theater Club gathers approximately once a month and offers a limited number of free tickets to leading performances.
