Enabling Inclusive and Impactful Transformations!

Dear Reader,

Small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) are the backbone of the economy, representing 99% of all European businesses. Their sustainable and digital transformation is essential for a thriving economy and a more resilient society, but what does this mean for them?

With a finger on the pulse of global mega trends, we are deeply engaged with SMEs and all other relevant stakeholders in leading transformation journeys that are inclusive and impactful.

A case in point is Storch-Ciret Group (GSC), a Wuppertal-based painting tools supplier, active in 17 countries with more than 18,000 products. The company approached us with the following questions: Where should we start to increase the anchoring of sustainability in the company and how can we involve employees so that sustainability becomes an inherent part of all our activities?

Led by these questions, we jointly embarked on a journey to define the company’s sustainability purpose and identify priority areas of action. It was about finding ways to generate positive change from within the organisation by providing the space and means for employees to be in the driver’s seat.

GSC’s transformation is employee-driven and marked by a strong focus on purpose, a clear delineation from viewing sustainability as an “add-on”, and a genuine commitment from the top management. These are key ingredients to drive sustainability from within the organisation and achieve far-reaching change.

The status-quo is not an option anymore – engage with us to start transformation journeys that shape a better, brighter future for all!

Michael Kuhndt,
CSCP Executive Director
