Eliza Wing
Eliza Wing is a long-time meditator with over 20 years of practice. She is trained in Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction which is considered the gold standard for secular mindfulness practice.
She is co-founder with Linda Barberic of Your Awakened Heart a collaborative based on the premise that the way to a fulfilled life is through an Awakened Heart. Linda and Eliza teach classes, workshops and lead retreats.
