2020 AUGUST ISSUE
Summer is in full swing, which means lots of time outside being active. Swimming, hiking, backyard badminton, beach volleyball, you name it. While no sport is completely free of the risk of injury, using common sense and taking just a few precautions can work in your favor to make sure you have an injury-free time.

SUCCESS STORY
"Dr. Adams was the first in the practice that I saw for an old hand/wrist injury. To go from barely able to use my hand to pain-free after arthroscopic surgery was amazing. Dr. Polsky repaired my torn meniscus...back to work the next day and a torn tendon in my elbow. Three successful surgeries on three very different extremities makes them my go-to for orthopaedic care." - A.T.
