NOTICE OF ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
NOTICE is hereby given, in accordance with clause 7.2 of the Trust Order 2015, that the Annual General Meeting of Te Tii (Waitangi) B3 Trust will be held on Saturday, the 19th September 2020 at 9.30am.
Once again, due to the precarious COVID-19 reoccurrences in the country, we have decided that this year, the safest and most logical venue for our AGM will be held virtually via Zoom.
This hui Is open to all beneficiaries who have access to the internet. We will email this Zoom link to you closer to the time, along with instructions on how this will work and what it will look like prior to the event.
If you have not received an email from us in the past year, please send us your updated contact details to ensure you receive this Zoom invitation.
In the meantime, we ask your consideration of the proposed motions:
Proposed Motions:
- That the Audited Consolidated Performance Report and the Auditors Report be received and adopted;
- That BDO Kerikeri be appointed as the Auditor for 2020/2021
- That the Tupuna Whanau Representatives approve the amount being appropriated to the Charitable Trust up to 100% of TB3’s net profit.
