Mōrena team and special aroha to those of you in Auckland.
We know it’s pretty tough waking up to the realisation that those of us in Auckland will be going back into Level 3 today. From the rest of the country - thank you to everyone in Tāmaki Makaurau who is staying at home to help stop the spread.
While the news of cases in the community can be unsettling or frightening, there are some small things we can do to keep ourselves and others safe, and that helps us hold on to a small but important sense of control:
practise good hand and face hygiene
keep track of we're you've been
stay at home if you are sick
take a Covid test if you’re offered one
physical distancing
wear a mask
It's totally normal to feel a bit shaken and on-edge right now. These are truly extraordinary times. Despite the challenges we're facing, there's something we can't lose sight of... we've stamped out Covid-19 before and we can do it again. Let's get through this together, New Zealand.

We love your work Siouxsie! Thank you.
Remembering what got us through last time
We all learned so much during the last level 3/4 noho rāhui / lockdown. While it's only for three days at this stage, it's a good time for us all to remember the things that got us through last time:
Staying connected (distance, not distant)
Limiting your time online
Having a plan! Sticking to a schedule or routine
Moving your body daily
Exploring your local neighbourhood (at an appropriate distance!)
Going easy on yourself - sometimes just getting through the day is a win
Our team has led the world in our response to Covid-19 and we can do it again.
Together we will get through.
Not all right?
