August in the Garden

Here in southeastern MA it has felt like August since the 4th of July with daily temps in the very high 80's and 90's, and we're sad to report, very little rain.

Note to self: document which plants are doing well despite the heat and drought. We have a feeling this type of summer weather will be the new normal.

You don't need a big backyard...create an amazing garden in a very special pot. We love beautiful containers, and are featuring some of the larger vessels we purchase from Campania International. Large or small, aged terra cotta, cast stone, or winter-resistant polyethylene, these containers with their clean lines and simple details are garden investments that last through the years.

We will soon place our order for the upcoming season.
