FUTURE OF LAW REFORM REPORT

In 2019, the ALRC undertook research and broad public consultation to understand the most pressing topics for law reform in Australia, identifying five suggested references, including automated decision making, principle-based regulation of financial services, defamation, press freedom and public sector whistleblowers, and legal structures for social enterprises. View the ALRC Report: The Future of Law Reform: A Suggested Program of Work 2020-25.
