Help make the park beautiful again!
Volunteering at the park has been on hold over lockdown and now there's lots of work to do improving the beds in particular. Join Tony and Taye on Wednesday and Friday mornings between 9.30am and 1pm from 19th August. All tools, tuition and refreshments provided. Click here to register.
Growing with Fabrice
Our community gardener Fabrice will be giving week by week instructions on what to plant in your garden through the autumn and into the winter in a series of videos that will start on Friday 21st August. Also if you are growing for the community, get in touch with him about free seedlings that can be collected on Tuesdays. See our online videos
Drumming sessions for under-fours
Get out into the park and make friends at free drumming and singing sessions during August. These are held every Tuesday in the park quiet garden (next to the greenhouse) at 10.30am and 11.30am. All places to be booked in advance and social distancing maintained. Please bring your own drum (even if it's a bottle with beans in it!).
Ice cream van in the park
We're sure many people have noticed that there is now an ice cream van next to the roundhouse. The van is contributing funds to the park that will be used to help pay for our gardeners, litter pickers and park repairs.

Coronavirus – let's look out for each other

We hope you and your families are safe. Help protect our community and our park: please maintain social distancing (2 metres apart from other park users). This allows more people to benefit from nature, prevents overcrowding and reduces risk of Covid-19 infection.
