In this season of COVID-19, some have been foregoing medical treatment, be it by choice, or as a result of inaccessibility. Especially in nursing homes and hospitals, many are isolated and even dying alone.
In response to these tragic and sad circumstances, Unity Hospice is working to imagine new ways of collaboration, so that together we might help provide for those who belong to our congregations and communities.
We are currently focused on providing care in people’s homes, a healthcare team, medical equipment, medicines, and medical supplies, at no cost. We hope that these services may be just enough to help families and faith communities care for their loved ones.
