The trustees are currently in the process of looking to book our Family weekend / AGM.
Due to the ever-changing situation with coronavirus the decision has been taken to hold it in 2021. We have the original hotel on hold as we paid a deposit before lockdown.
These are the available dates at the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, Paradise Way, Walsgrave, Coventry, CV2 2ST
30 April - 1st May 2021
OR
4 – 5 June 2021
We would like you, as our members to choose which date is best for you. The trustees will then select the date with the highest vote.

After this Family weekend / AGM we shall revert to holding it during our usual September / October. We have liaised with the Charity Commission who have given us the advice regarding this.
