Canadian Breast Cancer Network has released Complementary Therapies - a digital magazine that provides breast cancer patients ways and methods that they can use to manage the side effects of their cancer treatment and to improve quality of life.

We encourage everyone, even if you don't have breast cancer, to review it as it provides great additional ideas you can participate in, such as Yoga, Tai Chi, Qi Gong, Meditation and Indigenous healing practices that may provide some relief from your symptoms.

To view Complementary Therapies, please visit CBCN Complementary Therapies.
