Or do you need to just open your mouth and say SOMETHING to a few people each day?

We are often told the "right script" or "right objection handlers" will cause you to make a lot of money in real estate sales.

I beg to differ...

Why then, do some BRAND-NEW AGENTS get business that we didn't get?

Answer? They asked someone for it.

Don't make this into rocket science... it's not. You simply are looking for a few people who have a DESIRE to buy or sell each month... and then help them, encourage them, remind them why they want to do it, Refer them to experts that can help (like a lender or a professional organizer or stager) and get a listing or buyer broker agreement signed.

Today for 28 minutes, look in your trash. Yep... your Done Leads or your literal Email Trash. Contact every contact you find in those spots and ask: Did you still want help buying or selling? That's it. Just that ONE question.
