The much-anticipated ELBC technical programme this year includes more than 50 excellent presentations, available to download and view on-demand one week before the three-day conference begins.
Delegates can watch the presentations at any time, ready for the live discussions and debates brought to you from the ELBC Studio, with analysis from our panel of battery experts.
The Technical Sessions are co-produced with the Consortium for Battery Innovation (CBI).

ELBC’s Industry Insights session is an opportunity to take stock, review the year that’s been and analyse market forecasts, as well as opportunities and threats for the next twelve months and beyond.
And what a year it has been. Unprecedented is a much-overused word, but 2020 has proved to be just that. Into the turmoil steps new Clarios President and CEO Mark Wallace, who will be setting out Clarios’s multifaceted, global strategy on the benefits of lead. With CBI’s research and innovation focus being essential to the future of the industry, Director Dr Alistair Davidson will give an overview of the work of the world’s only lead battery research hub. Huw Roberts is an economist and co-founder of CHR Metals Limited, his presentation will cover the effect of developments in China on global lead supply and demand.

How it works – ELBC online

Each day from September 22-24, ELBC will be live for three hours from 12.00-15.00 BST. Meanwhile, delegates can log into the platform, look around the exhibits, meet other delegates in the dedicated Networking Lounge and chat 24 hours a day while the live event is online. For up to three weeks following the exhibition, delegates can review the conference, take another look at presentations and attend the exhibition.
