Temporary Yard Signs:  Lowry's Rules

The LCMA supports the community's desire for a clean, well maintained, and un-cluttered appearance throughout Lowry  To that end, the LCMA generally does not allow posting any temporary yard signs, except for the following:

• For Sale or For Rent Sign (max size 6 sq. ft.) - commencing with the date of listing up to date of closing, one sign per property;
• Open House Sign (max size 6 sq. ft.) – three days prior thru one day after, one sign per property;
• Remodel/Contractor Ad Sign (max size 6 sq. ft.) - maximum duration 30 days;
• Security Company/Service Sign (max size 2 sq. ft.) - maximum 2 per lot, unlimited duration;
• Yard / Garage Sale Sign (max size 6 sq. ft.) - three days prior thru one day after sale.
• Political Sign, defined as signs that carry messages intended to influence outcomes of any ballot issues (max size 6 sq. ft.) - maximum one sign per ballot issue and/or candidate per election cycle, for a maximum of 45 days before any primary election through 7 days after the general election or the completion of a runoff election.
• Traffic Calming Sign, such as "Drive Like Your Kids Live Here" and "Slow Down" (max size 8 sq. ft.) - maximum 1 sign per property; unlimited duration
• Neighborhood Watch Sign (max size 6 sq ft) - one per yard, unlimited duration
