1.) Request approval of the quote from Enterprise Marine in the amount of $49,050.00 for the replacement of the Egan Park boat ramp north and south docks
2.) Resolution 2020-37: A Resolution of the City Commission of the City of St. Pete Beach, Florida, authorizing and confirming the Declaration Proclaiming a State of Local Emergency.

Public Works- Hard at Work
Sewer Upgrades- Force Main Project
Construction remains scheduled to begin in October starting at Gulf Winds Drive and working north to 87th Ave. Ground breaking date will be determined in September 2020.
Boca Ciega Drainage Project
The stormwater drainage pipe and manhole installation began this month and will continue for several months. Boca Ciega Isle Drive is closed to thru traffic at the east end and will be for the next several months.

St. Pete Beach Public Library
The library is now a ballot drop-off location.
Beginning August 17 library hours will be:
· Monday/Wednesday 10 am-8 pm
· Tuesday/Thursday/Friday 10 am-6 pm
· Saturday 10 am-2 pm.

The book drop is located outside the library 24/7 for patrons to return materials. Curbside pickup service is also available; please visit the library webpage (spblibrary.com) to browse the catalog and place items on hold. If the item is on our shelf, you may pick it up the same day. If not, you will be notified when it is available for pickup. Call us at (727) 363-9238 with any questions.

COMMUNITY CENTER - Virtual Learners Child Care
St Pete Beach Parks and Recreation Department is providing a Virtual Learner Assistance Program at the St Pete Beach Community Center. This would allow for smaller groups of students with a dedicated staff member monitoring their engagement with the online curriculum from Pinellas County Schools. This is not a tutoring program but oversight for children working with MyPCS online curriculum. Registration is now open.
Additionally, the St Pete Beach Licensed After School program that includes games, sports, homework time, swimming and more. Transportation is provided from Azalea Elementary and Gulf Beaches Elementary. Registration is now open.
Virtual Learners Assistance Program: 7:30am-2:30pm, Monday-Friday
After School Care: 2:00-6:00pm, Monday-Friday
