Some of you may remember our good times at CHATEAU CANET in Languedoc, France...or maybe you were supposed to go there this year...or have signed up for 2021...or are armchair travellers safe in your bubble....
Well, we have good news – Chateau Canet wines can come to you. Our delightful hosts Victoria and Floris wrote us to say that a selection of their wines can be ordered through The Opimian Wine Society – with the membership fee wavered.

You can choose traditional regional wines such as Blanquette de Limoux (world's original Sparkling), whites such as Viognier and Picpoul de Pinet (our favourite!) or Canet's own Minervois Blanc. Minervois Rouge is my pick of the reds for character/price value, but some may want to explore the premium Estate Les Evangiles (Syrah) and La Chapelle (Grenache). And of course don't forget their Rosé(!) – so you can get an early start on next summer.

The wines will arrive next JANUARY to your local LCBO. All wines come in 6-packs. ***Orders must be placed by Tuesday 6pm, August 18*** so you need to GET CRACKING! (and apologies for the short notice).
