We pray that your families are well and that you are being successful in this interesting times. We continue to prepare the path forward for this coming Basketball season. Registrations for the "Pre-Board" special are arriving. We anticipate a good showing this coming week as we approach the time for our annual meeting. We continue to receive and fill schedule requests.

Basketball

Registration:
Early discount registration continues until this coming Friday (21 August). All players registered during this period will receive a $10 registration fee discount. Please see below for those who may be new or just need a reminder about our registration site, It is fairly strait forward.

Fees:
The fees are as follows:

Player Registration = $100
Multiple Players ($75 for 2nd, $50 for 3rd, $25 for 4th, $0 for 5th and more)

The Participation Fee structure:

High School (18U/16U) = $425
Junior High (14) = $325
Elementary (12U/10U) = $225

Donations:
New this year is the opportunity to for members to donate extra at the time of registration. This is voluntary only and not required. Your extra donations are appreciated.

Annual Meeting:

The planned date for the Annual Meeting is 22 August, 10:00 - 12:00. We plan to meet in person at the Victory Baptist Church Youth Building located at the corner of Fort Worth Highway and Allen Street in Weatherford. We will be practicing the CDC recommended precautions with regard to social contact.

Red/White Day:
Red/White Day is planned for Saturday, October 24. This is always a fun event and raises a significant amount of funds to help cover many organizational expenses such as tournaments, gym, and officials fees.

Practices:

Practices will be held at the Game On facility with all teams at same time similar to last year with the following days and times:

Monday and Wednesday: 7:00-9:00 am
Fridays (September and October): 7:00 - 9:00 am

We look forward to seeing you all next Saturday. We realize that you have a choice of organizations to place your young man or lady. We cherish the trust you place in us. We thank you for that. We pray that this season will go well and that we will make forever friends. Most of all that we will exalt Christ in our every endeavor.
