If you opened this email, I'm hoping your schedule says, "Lead Gen." for 28 minutes (probably 30 on your schedule). If so, great. If not, you might consider booking an appointment for yourself for each workday that says, "Lead Generation and Follow Up" and then DOING that activity, as scheduled, each and every day.
Imagine the pride in doing what you say you will do by doing the actions on your schedule.
Today's action is to Call or Email Cold Leads. Do NOT do a mass dialing or emailing. Do individual contacts. One at a time. Personalized. If an email, it's 35 words or less and on to # next. Remember, these are OLD COLD leads so don't do any WORK for them until you see if they need you.
Sample phone call or email:
Hi ______, It's Donna with NWATL Properties. I haven't heard from you in a while and wanted to check your status. Did you already buy/sell (whichever appropriate) or are you still thinking about it?
That's IT.
You are looking for an OLD COLD lead to become warm again or get removed (if they already bought/sold).
