Our goal was to raise $50,000.00. As of August 5th, we had reached almost $120,000.00! These funds will go directly overseas to help our pastors, leaders, Bible College faculties, etc. feed their families during COVID-19.
We are thankful to all who participated and donated. God is good!
PRAYfor little Josiah as he battles Malaria. Here's an update from Jade:
"Poor little sickie. He has malaria. Wasn’t caught the first time they tested (fairly common), the Paediatrician personally went and re-did his malaria blood work and found it- 3 strands. So he has gotten an anti-vomiting shot and is on the anti malarial syrup. We are just praying he keeps the meds down so he doesn’t need anymore injections. Poor guy! What a rough day. Josiah is actually the first in our family to have malaria since we moved to Tanzania! Which is amazing since it’s so common here. Thanks everyone for your prayers! This mama is happy just to have answers and grateful for an extra careful, compassionate doctor!"
PRAY for Kathy and the 'Schools of Hope' ministry in Tegucigalpas, Honduras.
This month, Schools of Hope is celebrating their 10th anniversary. We are so thankful to the Lord for this wonderful ministry that not only cares for children but also families and communities. They provide education, food relief, ChildCARE Plus sponsorships, water sanitation and more.
Also thankful for their co-worker, Julio, who rode 100kms in Honduras to support Murray's Ride to Thrive; raising funds to feed the families of our international pastors and co-workers who are struggling due to COVID-19.
