Just a very brief update with John’s comments from last week on the latest FCA consultation on open-ended property funds as his observations posted on social media seem to have provoked a lot of interest. The FCA published a new consultation on open-ended funds last Monday, 3rd August. John wrote a very short blog with his initial reaction.
