MISSION TRAINING INTERNATIONAL
July 20th we started our 4-week training in beautiful Colorado Springs! This was transition #4 and we knew that MTI would stretch us and mold us to prepare us for Abaco. Throughout our 4 weeks of intense training, we looked at things like language, conflict, team management, friendships, good-byes, pair-a-ducks (paradox), transitional bridges, chaos, stress and so much more. We all enjoyed our time, learned a ton, and made friends that are being sent all over the world. Conversations about visas, canceled flights, borders closed, homelessness, and understanding of not knowing what will happen next caused friendships to grow quickly. We also spent much needed time together: hiking, eating ice cream, and playing cornhole were just a few of our favorites! Thanks for your prayers and love during these days!

Bahamas Update
The Bahamas continue to change entry requirements multiple times per week, but we continue to rest in God's timing and peace during these uncertain days. Our teammates are scattered all around and we ask that you keep them in your prayers. The Weightmans have recently made it back to the States and plan to stay into October. The Mastins are in New York and are getting ready for their son’s wedding and working on partner care. The Swings are in North Carolina and are trying to get into Abaco in early September. Please be praying for wisdom as we all desire to share God's Word in The Bahamas and as we experience the restrictions all in different ways. We know that God's promises are true and His ways are perfect. Pray that the CYN ministry team will rest in His promises!
