Dear Parents / Caregivers,
 

Over the past two weeks, more than 4,000 individual conferences were held with 25% of those via Google Meet.  COVID has forced us to think and work in different ways and for those parents who chose to have a video conference, the experience offered efficiency and flexibility that the face-to-face meetings cannot.

We are aware that for a small number of parents, there were connectivity issues and we are working with our IT company to ensure they don't happen again.

This was the first time we have tried Parent-Teacher Conferences in this way, and we will continue to find ways to improve the experience of how we communicate with you about your son's learning.

Please accept our apologies if you were not able to connect with your son's teacher.  Feel free to email them directly (email addresses are on the
Mid-Year Report) and request that they phone you in the coming days.
