We are committed to providing you with high-quality services and round the clock support to ensure seamless messaging services to our customers.

Following the implementation of blockchain technology, operators are required to pay an additional scrubbing charge on the DLT platform for all messages.

In follow up of our previous mails regarding the Increase in SMS Cost due to DLT Scrubbing Charges by the Operators, which was supposed to be applicable from 1st August but later postponed to 1st September 2020.

The Telecom operators have released final formal communications on charging an additional charge of Rs. 0.025(2.5p) for per SMS + GST on submission basis for all the traffic that is handed over to the DLT platform from 1st September 2020. This additional per SMS charge will be applicable to all our Post-paid and Pre-paid Customers from 1st September 2020. 

All Post-paid Customers: (For 25Lacs and Above Volume) The invoice raised in October 2020 (for September 2020 usage) will carry the additional charge of Rs. 0.025(2.5p) per SMS + GST against all SMS submitted to the DLT platform. 

All Pre-paid Customers: The available coins/balance in your panel will be re-calculated on 1st September 2020(mid-night of 31st August 2020) based on additional SMS charge of Rs.0.025(2.5p) per SMS + GST

Hence, we are obligated to revise our SMS prices effective from 1st SEPT 2020.

The tentative new price will be your existing rates Plus Additional Rs.0.025 + GST Per SMS for all the SMS submitted to the DLT platform in addition to the current SMS charges from 1st Sept 2020. 

Implementation of the revised price
Example :
As on  August 31st, if your credit balance in your account is 1,00,000 SMS credits then there will be a deduction of Rs 2,500 worth credits. 
i.e (DLT Scrubbing Charges)

You may please note that your existing account balance will be decreased as per the calculation of revised price from the above said date.
