We expect further details and guides direct from the services team at PSNC as ever however we believed that it may be helpful for contractors to confirm their understandings as soon as possible. The PSNC page at: https://psnc.org.uk/our-news/flu-vac-service-spec-published-and-new-flexibilities-agreed/ will be updated as things develop.

The key changes are:

  • New cohorts in line with the 2020/21 annual letter
  • Removal of notification necessity to regional teams prior to off-site removed
  • Removal of notification ahead of home/care home vaccination
  • Relaxation of restrictions to off-site vaccinations - please see SLA for details
