SRV Honey Bee Alternate Intro
In this lesson I'll show you a different way of playing the intro to the song "Honey Bee" by Stevie Ray Vaughan. I first noticed this while cleaning up the "Live at Rockpalast" videos for the Vintage Blues In 4K channel. This variation isn't any harder to play, but it's just different enough to get someone's attention.
Sometimes when bending a string, you need to release the bend at the peak without letting the bent note descend. But releasing a bent string without causing noisy ringing strings is tricky. In this lesson I'll show you several ways to control this noise.
