Dear Students,
This email is for those planning to graduate in Fall 2020.
Spring & Summer 2021 graduating students, your deadline for step#1 below, is Feb. 1, 2021.
Fall graduating seniors, remember to submit the graduation application in UAccess Student Center under "Academic Record" select "apply for graduation" on or before Sept. 1.
Only step 1, the UAccess submission has a Sept. 1 deadline.
For degree check/Degree audit worksheet (DAW):
Step 1: Submit the online graduation application from Student Center.
Step 2: Complete the CALS senior exit survey, email the survey completion page to me as a screenshot.
Step 3: Schedule a degree check appointment with me to review your DAW. (Access my advising schedule, Trellis Advise, direct link to my calendar:

Please complete the above steps in order, failure to do so will delay the overall process. I cannot review degree checks without steps 1 & 2 being completed first. Students that come in for their degree check prior to completing both steps 1 & 2 will be asked to reschedule the appointment.
Advisors may only review the degree check/degree audit worksheet (DAW) after students have completed steps 1 & 2 from above.
