Online events

  • RRI, ELI, FAO, and the Federal Ministry of Food and Agriculture of Germany are presenting a World Water Week at Home showcase that will give an introduction to and overview of ongoing international initiatives to monitor water tenure. Join them at 9am EST on August 25th.
  • RRI and ELI are co-hosting the global launch of Whose Water, a 15-country analysis on the status of Indigenous Peoples’, Afro-descendants’, and local communities’ legally recognised freshwater tenure rights. Join them at 9.30am EST on August 28th.
  • IUCN World Commission on Protected Areas is hosting an online event on Wednesday 2nd September at 15.30 EAT on Closing the Gap: Financing and Resourcing of Protected and Conserved Areas in Eastern and Southern Africa, register here.
