BT-CoQ10 published article: bioavailability

We are forwarding attached to this e-mail a relevant information regarding our ingredient BT-CoQ10. The Bio-transformed CoQ10 is a powerful antioxidant against free radicals obtained by fermentation of soy-based, CoQ-10-rich media with brewer's yeast (Saccharomyces cerevisiae L.)

In the original article below, the study shows that BT-CoQ10 has two main features that distinguish this ingredient from pure CoQ10:
  • BT-CoQ10 is 6 times more bioavailable than pure form
  • BT- CoQ10 antioxidant capacity is 9.6 times greater than pure form
The bioavailability and the antioxidant capacity properties are guaranteed by its production process, the fermentation, which ensures the presence of important molecules from soy, such as isoflavones, phytates, SOD, saponins, beta-glucans and others that synergistically enhance the antioxidant capacity of CoQ10.
