Something to do during the smoky days...
It's hard to imagine spending much more time indoors after the strict quarantine we endured this spring, but the hot temperatures and poor air quality from wildfires are forcing us to do just that. In this week's email we'll share some ideas for managing stress + a few unique online experiences for kids and adults. And don’t miss this week's Extension Thursday — a virtual get-away to experience the rare 2019 Super Bloom!
Boredom Busters for Adults

Lately it seems like every time we turn on the news it is about the pandemic, natural disasters, or other difficult news and events. May we suggest Mindfulness for Challenging Times...?
  4. How Nutrition can Manage Stress - While we all may be familiar with the feelings of stress, the effects on our eating and health can sometimes be a mystery. Read the blog post with tips from the Kendall Reagan Nutrition Department.
  5. Exercise from Home - CSU's Adult Fitness Program has continued to add videos with warm up and exercise routines that you can do from home. Get moving with these free warm-up, stretch, and strength videos.
