Rep. Ted Budd NC-13
Rep. Ted Budd, NC-13

Ted Budd is a conservative with the courage to stand strong for what’s right — no matter how powerful the opposition — but with a humble spirit that seeks to serve others. Raised in a family of small business owners, Ted Budd learned early (and often) that hard work, family, and faith are the foundation to success. Ted grew up on a cattle and commercial chicken farm in Davie County where he still lives today with his wife and three kids. In his first term, Ted has earned recognition for his resolute stand against Washington’s wasteful spending. The Council for Citizens against Government Waste named Ted a “Taxpayer Super Hero” for his “relentless and unwavering support of the fiscal interests of American taxpayers.” As a business owner, he knows that fiscal responsibility leads to economic growth.Ted’s record is clear: he is dedicated to fighting for North Carolina families. That’s why Ted voted to cut middle-class taxes and why he votes to deregulate small businesses who are strangled by big government.
