Pre-packaged sack lunches will be available to all families for purchase as well as to eligible free or reduced lunch students as applicable. Families may also elect to order only milk. All orders must be submitted using this online form.  The online form will accept orders through 6:30 a.m. each school day for delivery to students that day. Parents may order just one day at a time, for several days, or for the full two-week period the form covers. Parents may order at the frequency that meets the needs of their family. Full ordering details are described within the form. The same link will be used throughout the school year.

Elementary families NOT electing to order a lunch from school should send a pre-packaged lunch from home which does not require any preparation. Water, napkins, utensils, condiments, and all other lunch elements should be packed with the lunch. Families are encouraged to practice the “pack it in, pack it out” philosophy and this practice will be taught and encouraged at school. 

• Elementary lunches will be delivered directly to classrooms.

• Middle school lunches should be picked up at the middle school cafeteria.

• High school lunches should be picked up at the high school counseling office.

Students are issued “Way to Go” cards for demonstrating Respect, Responsibility or Personal Best by doing the right thing!  As students receive these cards, they are placed in the container located in the Main Office. Every Friday, names are drawn and announced during the afternoon announcements.  Each student selected, has the opportunity to pick a prize from the prize basket simply as a way to say “Thanks, we appreciate and recognize you!” 

Our first drawing will take place on Friday, September 4th.

School Leaders, Mark your Calendars!

• There is a brief informational meeting for 8th Grade Students interested in running for the EGRMS Student Council Executive Board this Thursday, September 3rd. 
• There are three meetings scheduled to accommodate all students (in-person 11:15 am, in-person 3:05 pm, and a 3:30 pm Zoom meeting).  In-person meetings will take place in the cafeteria. 
• Students must sign up via this form to attend the meeting.
• Please email Mrs. Bonner at mbonner@egrps.org with any questions.

• Save the date for Picture Day, Monday, September 21st.
• Retakes will take place on Friday, September 25th.

Thank you, donors! Ever since schools shut down in mid-March, the Foundation has been preparing for the future and providing our schools with the resources they need. 

Because of the support of our community, our endowment has generated more than $330,000 to support vital school programs this year. We’ve also made our schools safer by funding state of the art robotic sanitizing machines. We’ve committed $24,000 to professional development for our teachers. And, through One East, we’ve provided our schools with nearly half a million dollars to keep our district solvent and prevent more severe cuts. All together, the Foundation will provide our schools with more than $870,000 this school year.
