Looking Forward
The CalFire briefing at 11:00am was very brief with regard to the Walbridge Fire. Growth overnight was minimal; 54,503 acres and containment grew to 17%. They are receiving more National Guard hand-crews and engine companies from other areas to try to connect the various containment lines into a more solid perimeter.
The Sheriff along with other law enforcement reinforcements from outside the County are now focused on repopulation. The watch word is "Patience". Some areas are still littered with dangerous debris and unstable trees so it will be painstaking. If you have friends in the evacuated areas provide support to them if you can.

Hang in there!
It feels like the fires are stabilizing and more resources are coming in. Please stay vigilant as the evacuation warnings and orders are still in place in most areas. To me this means, stay ready to go. It's a hard way to live in limbo like this but it is where we are at right now. I keep reminding myself of what I am grateful for numerous times throughout the day. This helps me stay focused on what is really important. I am grateful for all of you and that we are in this together. Thanks for all of your support!
You will probably be hearing from me less often so now you have all the resources in one place. Take good care, Priscilla
