Outlier No. 8 Georgia Dry Gin & 18.21 Tonic Cocktail Kit

We have teamed up with 18.21 Bitters to create a Georgia Dry Gin and Tonic Kit. The Kit includes one bottle of our Georgia Dry Gin, a four pack of 18.21 Tonic and two limes. Our Gin is crafted for those beautiful warm southern summer days. We used Juniper, Coriander, Cassia, Angelica Root, Liquorice Root, Orris Root, Lemon Peel, and Orange Peel to offer a taste of the traditional London Dry Style with an American twist. Enjoy the bold floral notes of fresh-cut flowers, pine, citrus with a hint of pepper. Come by this weekend and pick up your Gin and Tonic Kit.

Enjoy Bottles of Whiskey, Rum, and Brandy, plus we have to go cocktails available for the weekend. The cocktails will need to be pre-ordered by calling 678-576-3804, please. We are now on Craftcellrs for Bottle and Cocktail Orders. So come by and stock up!!

We are teaming up with local Figs & Honey Catering to offer cocktails and food to go on Saturday, August 29, from 3 pm to 7 pm. Please pre-order and pay for dinner and cocktails to pick up at the distillery submitted to 678-576-3804 or Casey@independentdistilling.com with your phone number Thursday, August 27th before 8 pm. All cocktails are $20 and serve four cocktails per bottle. (See cocktails above)

Independent Barrel Aged Rum

Jungle Bird
 1.5 oz Independent Distilling Barrel Aged Rum
.75 oz Tuvè Italian Bitter
.75 oz Pineapple juice
.5 oz Lime juice
.25 oz Simple syrup
Add ingredients into a shaker and shake with ice, stir, and strain into a an Old Fashioned glass then garnish with a pineapple leaf garnish

Simple delicious and easy to make at home!!!
