This begins with you, so we're going to spend the bulk of this self-paced learning focusing on one of the most significant factors in your ability and effectiveness to support Diversity and Inclusion: Unconscious Bias.
In this module we'll explore the nature of unconscious bias, the ways it will influence your decisions as a manager and leader, and the impact that has on building a diverse and inclusive environment. You'll gain awareness of your own biases and learn to develop strategies to ensure they do not influence the choices you make.
