For a Limited Time Only!
Hello Yinsters,
We've created a luxury herbal tea for each week of your menstrual cycle to help you unwind and find balance in your body, mind, and life. And this week we are soft-launching Mother Yin's exclusive cycle balancing herbal teas!
Each hormone balancing herbal tea blend is created with intention, love, and care and sourced from Bali, Indonesia.
We have thoughtfully chosen each ingredient from various local farmers throughout the island, and each ingredient is proven to enhance the female cycle according to scientific research.
And our favorite part... every single package of our luxury loose leaf tea is infused with a blessing of healing feminine energy from the island of Mama Bali.
Oh and we forgot to mention, each blend is uniquely delicious.
To start we will be offering the herbal blends for a limited time in the USA, and we would love to have you be the first to try these exclusive herbal blends. (Don't worry Europe we are coming for you soon!)
This week the teas will be offered at a discounted retail value ($18.95) for the Mother Yin community.
The teas will be available from tonight until September 9th or until our current supply is sold out. We only have a limited quantity at the moment, so be sure to order quickly. We look forward to hearing your thoughts.
May we all find balance in our bodies, minds, and lives.

A Tea Meditation
For centuries tea has provided human beings with a piece of calm amidst the chaos of life. In Japan, the tea ceremony itself is known to be a meditation.
Since ancient times in Japan, before guests enter into a tea room before a tea ceremony they are asked to leave all their worries at the door. This intentional act helps guests partake in the drinking of tea with a sense of presence and peace.
So the next time you sip on a cup of tea, try to create a mini ceremony of your own. Allowing the act of drinking tea to become a meditation in itself.
Take care to watch the water come to a boil, carefully placing the leaves in a mug, and watch the hot water fill the mug and the steam float upwards after you pour in the hot water.
Before taking a sip, set a simple intention for yourself and this momentof unwinding. And take a moment to smell the tea, allowing the aroma to fill your nose, and relax your mind.
Finally take a small sip, and focus on the taste of the tea. Be present for each sip, moment by moment.
The next time you drink a cup of tea allow yourself to just be, with nowhere to go, nothing to do, and no one to become.
Simply sip and find balance within.
