I am deeply honored and grateful to introduce myself as the new Assistant Principal at Armatage Montessori School. This community is reputably known for the wonderful support all of the students receive from their teachers, families, and school community. Ms. Abigail - Kindergarten Teacher

My name is Abigail Fischer and I am thrilled to be joining the Armatage community! 

I grew up in Edina, Minnesota and attended Edina Public Schools, graduating in 2015. Throughout my highschool years, I actively served my community by volunteering with different youth outreach organizations. I was also able to work as a children's camp counselor at Cathedral of the Pines in Lutsen, Minnesota. This is what sparked my interest and love for education. (Read More) 

Ms. Kat - Pre-K Teacher

My name is Kathryn Johnson, feel free to call me Kat. I am honored to join the Armatage community this fall as a Pre-K Teacher! 

I have worked as a substitute teacher for nearly the past two years, serving schools primarily within the Saint Paul Public School District. During this time I developed an appreciation for the Montessori-style learning environment. Last fall I completed my student teaching at JJ Hill Montessori Magnet in Saint Paul, where I remained as a long-term substitute teacher in a Children’s House (Pre-K and Kindergarten) classroom for the remainder of the spring.  (Read More)
