Please take the time to read the ARC Guidelines on the Hidden Hills webpage. An approval is required before any exterior change can be implemented.
This includes any addition, sunroom, remodeling, fencing, pools, or landscaping. Complete the attached application and submit a copy of your sketch or plan(s) to the Association office or the ARC Chairman, Dylan Talbot.

Homeowner Letters


Most of you should have received your letter regarding the sinkholes at 706 and 708 North Haven Place.  If you have not received a letter please let us know and we can send one to you.

When you submit your email or letter, please remember to include your name and address at the bottom of your correspondence.
 
The board would like to have as many letters or emails as possible to help with this issue. Please send them to us as soon as you can before September 9th 2020.

Political Signs Reminder


No sign of any kind shall be displayed to public view on any Lot or building except (1) one sign of not more than six ( 6) square feet  (2) any security notice sign not more than two (2) square feet in area; or, (3) any political sign not more than four(4) square feet in area which is displayed no more than thirty (30) days prior to any election date and which is removed within five (5) days after the election date.
