We are grateful for your support.

Arigato gozaimoshita - thank you!

Thank you friends and donors!

Thank you to everyone who joined us for our recent watch parties! We had a blast revisiting old festival performances, reconnecting with current and former performing members, as well as many longtime fans.

We've been performing at Missouri Botanical Garden's Japanese Festival for much of our 34 year history, and while a live performance was not possible this year, we couldn't imagine going without. Although nothing beats the energy of a live taiko performance, we were thrilled to share our art with you virtually.

We're grateful for everyone's support and encouragement since the pandemic reached our region. Through the watch party series, we raised $1,100 to help us maintain our studio and equipment while traditional performances are cancelled. We know these are difficult times for many, and we certainly feel the love from our fans.

If you missed the watch parties, you can still check out the 2014 and 2010 performance videos, as well as the new recordings we prepared for the 2020 festival season, on our Facebook page. We hope you enjoy them as much as we did!

As always, we hope you are all staying well and strong, and we look forward to being together again!

The Memphis Japan Festival has gone virtual!

This year, we were invited to perform at the Memphis Japan Festival for the first time and we were so excited for the opportunity! Unfortunately, the festival was cancelled as a safety precaution, so organizers created a virtual event on Facebook. We helped to kick off the festival this week with a montage of recent performance footage; you can check out our video as well as experience a variety of activities like large-scale calligraphy, cooking demonstrations, and cosplay, now through October 2.
