Get your entries in for free, SMOC-only event

Sunday 13th September – SMOC members-only event at Campbell Park
We're now accepting entries for our first local event since oh, forever. It's a closed event, free of charge to our members, with a choice of two courses. It will follow British Orienteering guidelines, which means you must pre-enter to take part. Find all the details of how to enter on our website.

More chances to orienteer with SMOC this autumn
Our next two events will be on Sunday, 11th October at Linford Wood (local), and Sunday, 25th October at Stowe (regional). These two events will be open to all BOF members, but they will be pre-entry only. Look out for more details of both these events via email and on the website.

Volunteers needed for Stowe regional event

Sunday 25th October, National Trust Stowe
It is now less than two months to go until our first regional level event under the new Covid requirements. While numbers will be restricted and no entry on the day is permitted, we anticipate that we will need more marshals than normal to ensure the event is safe. Please email Rob if you are willing and able to help on the day.

Online quizzes – a chance to socialise safely

Our popular online quiz series is continuing to attract a good crowd. The next quiz date will be Thursday, 24th September, starting at 7.30pm, with Ros and Dorien hosting. New participants are welcome, so if you've not yet tried this out and you'd like to have a go, email Ros.
