Class of 2023 Guidance Update

• Student schedules will be available for view in Focus on August 20, 2020.
• If your child does not have a complete schedule (periods 1-7), please contact me.
• If your child would like to request a schedule change, please have them fill out the Appointment Request Form located in my Google Classroom. If your child needs to join the Google Classroom, the code is z7izefj. By the first day of school, the form will also be posted on the Class of 2023 page on the BTWHS website. Please note that schedule changes will not be processed until every student has a complete schedule.

• Traditional students: Students report to school on Monday, August 24th, and go to their 1st period class at 8:25 am. Click here for the bell schedule.
• Remote students: Please have your child check their ECSD emails daily up until the first day of school. Teachers received student rosters this week, and will be reaching out to students with Google Classroom codes and other information about accessing courses. Using teacher instructions, students should log on to their respective classes, and follow the traditional bell schedule (here).
• Virtual students: All virtual students' schedules are being handled by administration. On the first day of school, students should log in to their FLVS accounts to access their classes. Please note that elective availability in the virtual option is extremely limited. Students may not be able to take the electives they signed up for in the spring. 

• To minimize student transitions, BTWHS will operate on a full block schedule. This is different from recent years, and will apply to both traditional and remote students. The first day of school will be an A day, the second day of school will be a B day, and they will rotate back and forth every day afterwards.
• A Days: Periods 1, 3, 5, 7
• B Days: Periods 2, 4, 6, 7
