Hi Guys, 

 
Been awhile.

Just like you, I've been riding the emotional, mental and therefore, physical roller coaster since the blueprint got chucked out the window half a year ago. 

How you doing? Trust you've all been able to make sense of the current situation and have found a working balance between life and training. 

Some activities I'd like to share with you as we hunker down and live our best life despite the extended Covid restrictions. I hope to catch up with you at some of these events.

Back for a 2nd run, this time on Zoom, come and learn how power data can be used to guide and improve the quality of your training rides. Updated for Polarised training. Tune in and geek out : )

* 6.30am every Tuesday (Strength) and Thursday (Vo2) morning
* Braves' method customised workouts
