I wanted to let you know that our MLS system has recently changed and the transfer of information from old to new has not been without challenges.  If you have not seen a new welcome email from me to activate your new portal please check your junk/spam.  Otherwise reach out to me and I will resend the email.
 
You have been set up to get listings from me in the new system HOWEVER please review your criteria noted on your portal.  Let me know if you want it revised in any way.
 
The Muskoka market has been interesting to be sure.  Interest in buying in Muskoka is up – people want to exit from their high density spaces to find sanctuary in these difficult times and be able to work from their cottages.  Inventory is quite low as you have likely noticed.
