We are looking for artists who bring their own light

Edge of Light will be a "dark space" exhibition curated by Jonathan Sims at The Plaxall Gallery from October 2020. In the spirit of SPACE:LIGHT all illumination will emanate from the artists’ work.

Artists will have at least two weeks to experiment with light and develop site-specific work inside the gallery or use the area around Anable Basin. $800 stipends are available for artists in New York State.

To promote engagement with holographic artwork the HoloCenter – Center for the Holographic Arts, develops and presents free exhibitions. The Space:Light and Pulse Laser Holography programs support artistic experimentation with spatial and optical media. We inspire and educate with workshops that combine art, science and technology.
