iBme

Dear Friend,

We commit every day to ensure a beautiful, empowering, and equitable world for everyone. Step by step, breath by breath, and program by program, we connect teens and adults of all ages with the proven, timeless practices of mindfulness.

Despite radical shifts and pressures in the world, iBme is thriving — through the practices of mindfulness itself, we respond to the critical needs of the moment, while maintaining our commitment to the biggest picture of what the world needs.

Thank you for nurturing this community and contributing to all the goodness below.

EQUITY & INTERDEPENDENCE DASHBOARD
Being in Beloved Community

Equity of every kind — e.g. social, racial, gender — has served as a core commitment for iBme since our inception 10 years ago. The horrific events of this spring and the uprising of voices and protests have only served to amplify the need to continue in this direction.

Our new Equity & Interdependence Dashboard provides a real-time view of our learnings and actions related to this work, as well as community resources from our teachers and participants. Envisioned earlier this year, we continue to evolve this new web portal and welcome your feedback and interest.

2018-19 ANNUAL REPORT
Growing Up and Out
Our inspiring 2018–19 Annual Report contains stories and insights on the impact of our work, along with an overview of our financials. It serves as a beautiful reminder of the power and importance of what we do through our core programming, community building, mindfulness educator training, collaborative leadership, and more.

Looking back, it is clear how our past has prepared us to meet the present.
