Outdoor Fitness Classes with
all your favourite instructors
Good Afternoon Coronation members. Introducing Outdoor Fitness at Mitchelson Park with all your favourite instructors. The team are extremely excited to get back at what they do best. (did I hear someone say 'torture')
No doubt most of our members who participated in our fitness classes are keen on getting back to some sort of fitness routine and we are delighted to offer you some of your favourite classes, plus a few new ones as well.
 
Wednesday, August 26th –  Wednesday, Sept 23rd 4 weeks

9:00 am - Boot Camp ** PLEASE BRING WEIGHTS IF YOU HAVE THEM
10:30 am - Aerobic Conditioning ** PLEASE BRING WEIGHTS IF YOU HAVE THEM

Log in to your  existing account:

Create a new account:
To create an account email Hanya at hnagy@niagarafalls.ca and a password will be emailed you. (Aqua Fit registrants may already have an account. Please use this account to register for outdoor fitness classes)

Once you have registered and you are logged in you may now select your classes
  • On the registration tab above, select the class that you would like to enrol in - it will be added to your shopping cart.
  • Check out items in your shopping cart

Parking: You may park outside the pool house in the parking lot at 3750 Springdale Ave, Niagara Falls, ON L2J.  https://niagarafalls.ca/city-hall/recreation/parks/14-e-e-mitchelson-park.pd  Click on 'View the downloadable/printable Map (PDF) You can park in the middle P as shown on the map.

** If your membership has expired, you may still register for these classes. Upon the reopening of the Coronation Centre all expiry dates will be extended to reflect the inactive weeks.
 
We want you to be assured that we are taking precautionary measures to keep you and our instructors safe.
 
* Please apply hand sanitizer that will be available upon entry to the field. 
* Please maintain a physical distance of 2 metres or 6 feet between yourself and others at all times.
* Please wear a mask during travel from your car to the field. It is optional to wear a mask while you are exercising as we are outdoors and socially distancing.
* Please cover your mouth with Kleenex, sneeze, or cough into your elbow
*There will be a waiting list for all classes if you couldn't register for your chosen class. You will be notified should a space become available.
* If we cannot hold outdoor fitness classes due to bad weather, the block of weeks will be extended. (if the weather gets too bad and we can't extend the block, your account will be credited.
* Please check your email on the day of your registered class for any cancellations due to the weather. Calls may not be answered at the Coronation Centre.
* There is no limit to the number of classes you would like to sign up for.
* If you don't have weights or a mat you can still exercise without these items. Perhaps fill up a water bottle? A full 16-ounce water bottle weight is approximately 1 pound and can be used in place of dumbbells for arm exercises.
* Registration is open now.

Please bring a water bottle and your own pen to sign your waiver. You will only need to sign one waiver for all classes you are registered for. If you have a printer at home, please print off, sign and bring it with you.
